【工作职位】：建筑商 Manufacturing Accountant
【工作地区】：Markham
【工作时间】：Monday– Friday 8 hours shift
【工资范围】：年薪 $50,000 - $65,000

【工作职责】：
Cash/Bank accounts related duties:
1. Post cash receipts as soon as receive cheques;
2. Check bank accounts daily, reconcile bank statements on daily basis to make sure all items posted to GL timely, and report to the discrepancy between Bank statements and GLs to senior accounting staff;
3. Prepare bank deposits and deposit cheques on timely manner.
4. Accounts payable and cost recognition duties:
Create accounts in the accounting system;
1. Maintain records, including contracts and change orders;
2. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances;
3. Review and prepare analysis on all areas of Bills of Material, routing ....

Accounts Receivable Specialist – Collections responsibilities include full understanding and ability to research open receivable balances over 45 days old, call clients for payment status, research and return or apply collected credits, cash receipt adjustments and reconciliations of accounts as needed.
