Heavy rains on early Tuesday morning lashed several parts of the city as the residents confronted traffic snarls and waterlogging in the low-lying areas. The low-lying areas like Kurla and Babul Nath witnessed waterlogging.  
The office goers witnessed a tough time since morning as the rains crippled transports system too in some parts of the city. ....
