During the meeting, Nigerian Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Hon. Timipre Sylva, spoke to Gabonese Minister of Petroleum, Gas, Hydrocarbons and Mines, H.E. Vincent de Paul Massassa, about the need to adhere to the quota system and safeguard barrel prices.
