I feel my county representatives should answer written questions in a timely manner since we cannot go to their meetings due to COVID-19. After all, we all pay their salary, as small as it is, and they are the ones who opted to be in the political arena.
I wrote to Eileen Quiring O’Brien, Karen Dill Bowerman, and Gary Medvigy regarding their reasons for reinstating the present fireworks protocol for unincorporated Clark County. One member, Gary Medvigy, not only answered me but called me to discuss the situation and spent 15 to 20 minutes on the phone with me. Thank you Gary. The other two have yet to answer at all. ....
