Senior Cooperator from Karnataka H K Patil has been unanimously elected as the President of Karnataka Urban Cooperative Banks Federation in an election held last week. Patil is also the Chairman Emeritus of Nafcub-an apex body of UCBs and credit societies.
Patil has replaced D T Patil who is the Chairman  of D.T.Patil Cooperative Bank at Chikkodi in Karnataka. B S Paramashivaiah has been re-elected as the Vice-President of the State UCBs federation.
The newly elected Chairman of the federation, Mr Patil is a well-known co-operator having served as a Minister in Karnataka in the past. Patil is currently All-Indian Congress Committee General Secretary. ....
