Madhubani, Bihar: In a spine-chilling incident, a deaf and mute girl has been allegedly gang-raped in Madhubani district of Bihar on Tuesday (January 12).
According to a media report, the incident took place at Kauwaha Barhi village in Harlakhi police station area in Bihar when the victim had taken her goats for grazing to a field outside the village, said Superintendent of Police (SP), Satya Prakash. ....
