Updated: 9:13 AM EDT Jun 6, 2021 Two shooting incidents leave three people shot in the Fells Point area early Sunday morning. Around 12:31 a.m. Sunday, two Southeast District officers on foot around Thames St. and S. Broadway heard what they thought were fireworks. They were told by unknown citizens that two people had been shot in the 1700 block of Thames St. The officers located two men, ages 24 and a 26 who had been shot.Moments later a call came out for another shooting at Aliceanna St. and S. Broadway. Officers responded and located an unidentified man who had been shot in the head.All three victims were transported to an area hospital where the first two victims are being treated for non-life-threatening gunshot wounds and the third victim is in serious but stable condition.Southeast District shooting detectives are investigating these shootings. Realtor planning hot pink makeover pays $1.9M for Broadway building Vivi Gloriod is about to bring a splash of color to South Broadway. The owner of Team Vivi, a group within residential brokerage HomeSmart Realty Group, last week purchased the newly renovated building at 26-28 S. Broadway. “We’re going to paint the whole building hot pink,” Gloriod said, noting that and black are the two colors at the heart of her team’s branding. Gloriod paid $1.9 million for the two-story building, according to public records. FirstBank provided financing for the deal. The structure is 6,132 square feet, according to property records, which makes the deal worth $309 a square foot. The building dates to 1936 and sits on a 0.07-acre lot. ....
