DANVILLE, Va. – Police arrested the 47-year-old man believed to have killed his cab driver on Sunday night.
James Edward Fultz IV, of Martinsville, is charged with one count of first-degree murder in connection with the death of 51-year-old Wendy Harris.
Harris, who lived in Danville, had no connection with Fultz, according to police.
Investigators believe Fultz was riding in a cab, when, at some point, he cut or stabbed Harris, the who died at the scene. ....
