A Transport Ministry agency has proposed spending VND1,000-1,500 trillion renovating road, rail, inland waterway, sea and air transport infrastructure from now until 2030. For such a master plan to be carried out in the 2021-2030 period and with a vision until 2050, the Transport Department and Strategy Institute under the ministry has three different proposals.
