Tightening the noose around people who prefer to drink at beaches in Goa, the police of tourist have asked its personnel to apprehend people who are found drinking in public places.
Superintendent of Police (North Goa) Karthik Kashyap on Wednesday informed that the police personnel have been asked to arrest people found drinking in open under section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). ....
