The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on December 19 attached assets worth Rs 11.86 crore of former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah and others in connection with its money laundering probe linked to alleged financial irregularities in the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association, reported news agency PTI.
The agency is reported to have issued a provisional attachment order under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act and the attached properties are located in Jammu and Srinagar. ....

In a major setback for former union minister and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday attached six of his properties worth Rs 11.86 crore in connection with a probe into the J&K Cricket association case, sources said.
An ED source told IANS, We have attached six properties of Abdullah in which three are residential buildings while two are plots. ....

The Enforcement Directorate (ED), on Saturday attached assets worth nearly Rs 12 crores of former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah in connection with the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) money laundering case.
Former Chief Minister and son of Farooq Abdullah, Omar refuted the agency s charges and said the seizures would be challenged in court. ED has been looking into the alleged financial irregularities in the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association during Farooq Abdullah s tenure as chief of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA). ....
