Malabo, Mar 9 (Prensa Latina) At least 98 people were killed and 615 were injured in a series of explosions in a military facility in Bata, the main economic hub in Equatorial Guinea, the Government confirmed on Tuesday.
In a statement read to the press to update the number of victims, Vice President Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue said that 615 people were injured, including 316 who were discharged. He added that 299 injured remain at Bata Regional Hospital, La Paz Medical Center and Guinea Salud Polyclinic, said the vice president, who visited the victims in several Equatorial Guinean health centers on Monday. ....
