Unique Arts Academy Launches in Omaha

The pandemic allowed a creative partnership to grow and sprout a new idea on Omaha’s arts scene. Performer Billy McGuigan and Rave On productions is teaming up with the former artistic director of the Omaha Community Playhouse to open an arts academy in Omaha.
“We are the first that will be offering everything, a lot of different artistic forms,” said Kimberly Hickman, who will lead theatre classes at the McGuigan Arts Academy. Sign up for our Newsletters
The duo plans to offer hands-on studies in music, theatre, film, art and technology, using the expertise of area artists and performers, including the Rave On team. ....
