Grant Broadcasters is seeking a regional content director for Victoria and South Australia to replace Mark Hyland. Hyland is returning to the airwaves alongside Lisa ‘Milly’ Millard as part of the bay93.9 Breakfast show from March as well as hanging onto his content director role for the station. Hyland’s replacement will be based in Geelong, Victoria and will be responsible for ensuring the local content directors are executing the stations’ and network’s programming strategy. This will include oversight of all programming activities including content, marketing/ audience tactics, staffing, localism strategies, training, system usage, reporting, compliance and recruitment. “You will be expected to drive a positive winning programming culture that values people,” the job ad explains, “whilst taking a strong operational leadership role delivering growing levels of audience and audience engagement.” ....
