Slip of attention to checklist likely contributed to 2020 Dryden small-plane crash: TSB
An incomplete checklist procedure likely led to the 2020 crash of a Bearskin Airlines plane that was carrying three Thunder Bay, Ont., curlers and resulted in injuries, according to a report by the Transportation Safety Board of Canada. The plane was attempting to take off from Dryden airport.
