Five-story office building proposed on Broadway in Schenectady | The Daily Gazette

SCHENECTADY A local developer is proposing a 79,000-square-foot office building on Broadway near Clinton Street in downtown Schenectady. 
The five-story structure proposed at 356 Broadway will go before the Schenectady Planning Commission on Wednesday evening for site plan review.
The proposal is put forth by Highbridge Broadway LLC and would stand next door to the three-story office building at 376 Broadway built by Highbridge Development in 2005. Highbridge also has its offices at 376 Broadway.
The new building would have a brick facade, like its smaller neighbor, but would feature more glass and a more linear motif. ....
