Leeds County Ontario Provincial Police arrested a Quebec resident wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after a collision north of Brockville on Thursday.
Provincial police received reports of a vehicle in the ditch on County Road 29 in Elizabethtown-Kitley Township, just before 4:30 p.m.

POLICE: Driver busted following crash Back to video
The driver was able to exit the ditch before police arrived and was observed heading north at a high speed, OPP said Friday.
The vehicle then collided with another vehicle stopped at a red light on County Road 29 in Rideau Lakes. Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were taken by ambulance to hospital. ....
