SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Jury trial dates have been set for two of the men charged with first-degree murder in a fatal New Year s Day shooting in Sioux City.
According to Woodbury County District Court documents, Christopher Morales trial is set to begin April 27, while Carlos Morales trial is scheduled to begin on May 11. Both men are charged with the death of 18-year-old Mia Kritis.
No trial date has been set for Anthony Bauer, the third man charged with first-degree murder in the case.
A fourth suspect in the case, 20-year-old Liliana Gutierrez, is charged with three counts of reckless use of a firearm and one count of intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Her arraignment is set for February 12 in Woodbury County District Court. ....
