Tuesday, Feb. 16
10:49 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to a Mount Haley Township residence in reference to a possible domestic assault. A 35-year-old woman reported she was strangled and assaulted by her 33-year-old boyfriend. The man had left the residence prior to deputies arriving, and was not located. The woman suffered minor injuries but refused EMS. ....
