East Pennsboro Township police locate good Samaritan who stopped to help crash victims

“She did have crucial information,” Sgt. Adam Shope said.
At the time of the crash the woman, who is a nurse, stopped to help, Shope said. Officers were unable to locate her once the crash site became manageable and the good Samaritan had left, he said.
Shope said he’d like to thank the public for their help in finding her.
The crash happened around 12:08 p.m. between North Enola Road and Susquehanna Avenue. Four people were injured and 58-year-old Lee Potteiger, of Lewisberry, who was towing a boat at the time of the crash, died at a nearby hospital, according to police. ....

East Pennsboro Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman they think might have witnessed a multi-vehicle fatal crash on Route 11 on Tuesday in Cumberland County.
Four people were injured and 58-year-old Lee Potteiger, of Lewisberry, who was towing a boat at the time of the crash, died at a nearby hospital, according to police. The crash happened around 12:08 p.m. between North Enola Road and Susquehanna Avenue.
