Accounts Officer job with Oxfam

The Role
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an Accounts Officer to maintain the Supplier and Customer Accounts, which involves liaising with Staff, Budget Holders, Suppliers and Customers around the world, collating supporting paperwork and authorization to ensure the correct allocation of the Secretariat’s resources. The Accounts Officer will be working with the Secretariat’s 3 main currencies daily, as well as a multitude of other currencies on a regular basis. Other duties include: Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash Floats and excel spreadsheet preparation of Payroll information.
Who we re looking for
You will have demonstrated experience in all aspect of financial accounting and experience in managing Debtors and Creditors Ledgers, Control Accounts and Bank Reconciliation. You have a thorough understanding of currency conversion and the calculation of Exchange gains and losses. You will have high levels of computer literacy with advanced proficie ....
