Florida man accused of damaging Pennsylvania State Police vehicle during arrest

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. â A Florida man is facing charges in Franklin County following an incident with state police that put a cruiser out of service.
David Pedro, 38, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, terroristic threats, harassment, resisting arrest and more, according to court documents.
Police were dispatched to Cavalry Firearms on Lincoln Way East on Dec. 11 shortly after 5 p.m. for a report of a male acting aggressively outside the business.
Staff confronted the man outside when he drew a fixed-blade knife from a sheath on his belt, according to court records.
The staff convinced the man, later identified as Pedro, to surrender the knife. He then pulled out a pen and made a comment to the effect of this is the real weapon, and grabbed an unidentified person by the back of the neck and attempted to stab the person with the pen, according to court records. ....
