STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. District Attorney Michael E. McMahon honored victims of crimes during a ceremony at the Crime Victims’ Memorial Garden in St. George Monday morning.
The event, which took place outside the Richmond County District Attorney’s office, rededicated the space and kicked off National Crime Victims’ Rights week on Staten Island.
“Over the last year, victims of crime have undoubtedly been faced with many serious challenges and they continue to need our help and support,” said McMahon. “In my office, we renew our commitment to seeking justice on behalf of all victims of crime while ensuring that survivors of crime and their families r ....
