Guwahati: A 15-year-old missing child reunited with his parents in Guwahati on Saturday. Mithun Debnath went missing from West Bengal s Cooch Behar district three years ago. The 15-year-old child is a special child with mental and learning problems.
Mithun Debanath was found in Dhubri, Assam three years back. However, no one had any clue on how he managed to leave his home, and reach another state. He was then kept in the care of a Guwahati-based NGO, Destination by the district child welfare committee. The NGO works with special children. However, Mithun did not talk to anyone in the NGO. ....
