St. Louis man charged in shooting near Gravois Bluffs

Kenneth Dotson Jr., 20, of the 7500 block of Liberty Avenue in St. Louis has been charged with first-degree assault, a class A felony, and armed criminal action, an unclassified felony, court documents show.
Dotson was being held on a $125,000 cash-only bond as of Wednesday afternoon (Dec. 23), police reported.
At about 12:30 p.m. Dec. 22, St. Louis County Police got a call about the shooting, which occurred at Gravois Bluffs Boulevard and Hwy. 141. When officers arrived, they found the 18-year-old man had been shot just below his neck and a bullet was lodged in his spinal cord, a probable-cause statement said. ....

A suspect is in custody after a shooting Tuesday at Gravois Bluffs, police said.
A man has been charged with first-degree assault for a shooting at Gravois Bluffs that left the victim in critical condition.
St. Louis County prosecutors on Wednesday charged Kenneth Dotson Jr., 20, of the 7500 block of Liberty Avenue in University City, 63130, with one count of first-degree assault and one count of armed criminal action for the shooting Tuesday, Dec. 22. Dotson is being held on $125,000 cash-only bond.
Prosecutors note that charges are only an accusation, and the accused is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. ....

FENTON, Mo. A 20-year-old man has been charged in a shooting near Highway 141 and Gravois Bluffs in Fenton.
Kenneth Dotson Jr., of St. Louis, was charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action. He is being held on a $125,000 cash-only bond.
On Tuesday at around 12:32 p.m., the St. Louis County Police Department was called to the area of Highway 141 and Gravois Bluffs Boulevard for a shooting. When officers arrived, they found an 18-year-old man bleeding from a gunshot wound to the torso, just below the neck. ....
