Terri-Lyn Peters gave that evidence Wednesday during a Court of Queen’s Bench civil trial in Brandon, Man. Peters is being sued by one of the women, Brittany Roque, under Manitoba’s Intimate Image Protection Act for giving the images to Roque’s potential employer.
