Police said Tuesday they ve arrested a man accused of fatally shooting another man at a Columbia Waffle House.
The Columbia Police Department said in a news release that officers had arrested Leo B. Robinson Jr., 50, without specifying where or how he was arrested. Robinson was wanted on charges of second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of Reginald Ball, 51.
Investigators allege in court documents that Robinson shot Ball outside the Waffle House on Vandiver Drive during an argument just before 11 p.m. Sunday. Officers said surveillance video matched witness accounts of Robinson shooting Ball as Robinson was inside a vehicle and Ball was outside. ....

During a Wednesday afternoon court hearing, Boone County Judge Stephanie Morrell ordered a bond investigation for the man accused of murder at a Columbia Waffle House.
Leo B. Robinson, 50, of Columbia, faces a count each of second-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the Sunday night shooting death of 51-year-old Reginald Ball in the parking lot of the restaurant on Vandiver Drive.
Morrell set the bond investigation hearing for March 24. The judge could decide to set bond for Robinson during the hearing. ....
