International Bowling Federation appoints Koh in bid to raise coaching standards
Koh Koon Teck has been appointed chairman of International Bowling Federation’s (IBF) global coach education pathway.
The Singaporean has more than two decades of experience in the design and delivery of coach education programmes both in theory and technical across different sports.
As an associate professor at the National Institute of Education Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Koh has published more than 40 journal articles, book chapters and technical areas.
Koh has also played an integral part in the creation of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) coaching course.
As chairman of the global coach education pathway, Koh will be challenged to create a world-class coaching certification course that is the benchmark for other sports federations to follow . ....
