KTA Super Stores Pharmacies will begin administering the COVID-19 vaccine at four Big Island locations including Puainako, Waimea, Keauhou, and Waikoloa.
The Moderna vaccines will be offered by appointment only. A press release from KTA says eligible citizens; age 75 and older can register by phone by calling the pharmacy department at their local KTA store and choosing option 6.  There they will be able to leave their information and will receive a call back to schedule an appointment. Appointments will be scheduled in the order in which the initial call was received.
In addition to the appointment phone line, eligible residents can self- register online through a form on KTA’s Pharmacy website. ....
