DETROIT - The first residential project in Downtown Detroit’s Greektown in 60 years is about to break ground and that little factoid isn’t even the coolest part of this project. The high-rise is actually being built starting from the top. You read that right. It’s top-down construction.
When it’s complete in July 2022, eXchange Detroit will feature 12 penthouse condominiums atop the 16-story building and 153 rental units. The high-rise will feature 24/7 valet and concierge, a fitness and yoga studio and an outdoor terrace. ....
