Division One League Match Commissioner suspended over bribery allegations

The incident is said to have taken place in Division One League match
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) says it has suspended a Division One League Commissioner, Ibrahim Fuseini, over alleged bribery misconduct.
In a statement sighted by GhanaWeb, the GFA said it received a complaint from the referees of a match between Real Tamale United and Nkoranza Warriors FC on January 25, 2021, in which “the Match Commissioner is alleged to have attempted to bribe the referees in order for them not to write an accurate report about the incidents that happened during and after the match”.
The Association says it has since through its Compliance and Integrity Officer together with its prosecutors and other investigation experts, commenced investigations into the matter following which a report of the investigation would subsequently be sent to the appropriate judicial body for necessary action. ....

GFA Match Review Panel has banned two referees
The GFA Match Review Panel has announced three decisions on complaints received from Clubs in the ongoing league competitions.
Below are the decisions:
BECHEM UNITED VS. ELEVEN WONDERS (MATCHDAY 11)
Eleven Wonders complained that in the 2nd and 76th minute of the match, the referee ignored a ball that hit the hand of Bechem United player other fouls committed by an Eleven Wonders player.
Also, they complained about decisions taken by Referee Eric Owusu Prempeh in the 82nd and 83rd minutes in favour of Bechem United.
After watching the match video, the Panel observed that there was no handball incident. The ball hit the hand when the hand was on the body of the player. ....

Following the receipt of a Complaint from the Referees of the match between Real Tamale United and Nkoranza Warriors FC today, January 25, 2021, the Compliance & Integrity Officer of the GFA has opened an investigation into the conduct of the Match Commissioner, Ibrahim Fuseini.
The investigation is in relation to a Division One league Zone One Matchday 3 match played between Real Tamale United FC and Nkoranza Warriors FC at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, Tamale.
The Match Commissioner is alleged to have attempted to bribe the referees in order for them not to write an accurate report about the incidents that happened during and after the match. ....
