It is the Tier II and Tier III cities and towns that need the influence of diversity, said Saundarya.
India is now home to more than 11 million women who have taken a break in career and are seeking re-entry opportunities, with the Covid-19 pandemic adding an estimated 3.2 million women to the pool, Saundarya Rajesh, founder president of Avtar Group, a diversity, equity and inclusion solutions firm, told ET’s Saumya Bhattacharya in an exclusive interview.
