Rotary Club of Chattanooga Hamilton Place recently hosted Dr. Marc Cromie with the Chattanooga Allergy Clinic.
Dr. Cromie discussed how to recognize and treat Allergies by applying the 3 A s of Allergies :
1) Avoidance- Get tested by a Board Certified Allergist to find out what you re allergic to so you can avoid potential allergens or triggers such as Foods, Meds, Pets or Dust Mites.
2) Allergy Medicine- Treatments such as Antihistamines like Zyrtec, Clariten, Allegra OTC Nasal Sprays, Flonase and Nasanex.
3) Allergy Shots- AKA Immunotherapy is teaching the body to Stop reacting to pollens/molds/pets which is more of a cure and is covered by insurance companies. ....
