PORT OF SPAIN city engineer Jason Lalla has once again been on the receiving end of a tongue-lashing from deputy mayor Hillan Morean over basic problems around the capital.
Morean spoke to members of council at the city corporation s statutory meeting on Wednesday, during which he took almost ten minutes to deliver sharp criticism over Lalla s apparent failure to carry out minor repairs and tasks, which Morean warned will cost the corporation far more in the future if not rectified. ....
