Omaxe And Eldeco Among Seven Players Keen For Development Of Land Along Chandigarh Station

IRSDC had recently invited a Request for Proposal for leasing vacant land parcels for mixed-use development as part of the Chandigarh Railway Station redevelopment project.
Evincing keen interest, seven leading developers have participated in the first pre-bid meeting held for leasing four vacant land parcels for mixed-use development as part of the Chandigarh Railway Station redevelopment project.
The positive response came from from seven companies including Eldeco, Developer Group, Virtuous Retail South Asia, Kalpataru Power Transmission and Omaxe for the leasing out a total built-up area of 2,32,341 sqm. ....
