Cambodia relays experience in poverty reduction at forum

Cambodia has been one of the world’s leading countries in reducing poverty over the past 25 years, according to officials attending the International Forum on Sharing Poverty Reduction Experience held on December 14 and 15 in Beijing.
At the forum, participants expressed their commitment to continue working together to accelerate the process of alleviating global poverty.
Cambodian Minister of Rural Development Ouk Rabun said in a press release that the forum was organised by the State Council Leading Group Office and Information Office of the People’s Republic of China, with leaders and representatives from various nations, UN agencies, development partners, civil society organisations and research institutions participating. ....
