THE ROTARY Club of Metro Baguio (RCMB) joins in the observance of the Water & Sanitation Month this March. This is by implementing successive handwashing facilities projects for Lepanto Elementary School (LES) and Lepanto National High School (LNHS) in Mankayan, Benguet.
Dubbed “Malinis na kamay para sa Ligtas na Kalusugan,” construction works are now ongoing for the said projects, which started through a groundbreaking ceremony headed by RCMB President Jerry Chan with Rotarian Ervin Guerlan on March 3 for the elementary school and March 5 for the high school.
A 5-faucet handwashing facility with water tank reservoirs intended for LES. This is covered by a grant provided by the Rotary International District Fund through District Governor Jess Sama. ....
