Receivers have been appointed at Dyldam-affiliated developer Landmark East.

KordaMentha’s Scott Langdon has been appointed as receiver at developer Landmark East, which is partly owned and run by some of the faces behind the debt-laden developer Dyldam.
Langdon and fellow KordaMentha operative Rahul Goyal were appointed receivers and managers of Landmark’s property on February 16, according to documents lodged with the corporate regulator.
Specifically, they were appointed receivers at its 142-154 Macquarie Street, Parramatta property, which is understood to be worth about $100 million. Sources said ANZ appointed the receivers. ....
