A MAN is under investigation after a warrant was carried out by police in the south of Bromsgrove on Monday April 26.
A quantity of cash, drugs and phones were seized from the property and a vulnerable victim was also made safe.
The individual was a victim of cuckooing , the practice whereby an Organised Crime Gang (OCG) take over a person’s home and use the property to facilitate exploitation
PC Chris Burns from Bromsgrove SNT said: “The warrant was part of our on-going work to shut down the distribution of drugs in our community. It was our community and partners that spoke to us and who told us of the drug dealing at this address and we acted on this intelligence. ....
