Ring a bell from porch at 6 p.m. Christmas Eve to ring out 2020 in Grand Forks area
The four local Lions Clubs are encouraging Grand Forks residents to ring a bell from their porch from 6 to 6:05 p.m. on Christmas Eve to spread positivity and ring 2021.
