Times Now has accessed the terror note which was recovered from the site of the low-intensity IED blast near the Israeli embassy here last Friday evening. The letter, written by the previously-unknown terror group ‘India Hezbollah’ that has claimed responsibility for the explosion in which no one was injured, was recovered by the investigating agencies and is being analysed for further insights into the attack. ....
