Representative Image Shimla revises curfew rules, allows shops to open from 9 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday ANI | Updated: May 30, 2021 02:55 IST Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], May 30 (ANI): Himachal Pradesh s Shimla district administration on Saturday modified COVID-induced curfew guidelines and allowed all market and shops to open from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 2 pm. The new set of guidelines will come into force from May 31 (6 am) to June 7 (6 am) in the entire territorial jurisdiction of Shimla district. It permitted morning walks within the local area between 6 am and 8 am. Also, it said that all the educational, training, and coaching institutions shall continue to remain closed till further orders. ....
SHIMLA: Himachal Pradesh reports 55 Covid-19 deaths, 2,341 positive cases on Saturday. There were 5,017 recovery cases. The state has 1,77,725 confirmed positive cases of which 28,788 cases are active, 1,46,219 patients have recovered, and 2,693 patients have died. Seventeen deaths were reported from Kangra district, nine from Hamirpur district, seven from Solan district, six from Mandi district, four each from Shimla and Una districts, three each from Chamba and Sirmaur districts and two from Kullu district. So far, a total 18,22,120 persons have been tested for Covid-19 till date of which 16,42,876 persons have tested negative. Since 7pm on Friday, a total 15,220 samples were tested in the state and results of 1519 samples were awaited. ....
