A frozen desserts business is expanding with a second storefront, just in time for warmer spring weather.Philly s Best Frozen Desserts will open its second location at 307 Wallace Ave. on Sunday, March 21. The new storefront, which neighbors Nally s Barber Shop, comes less than a year after the business opened its first location at 3912 Bardstown Road in June 2020.Rodney Daisey, who owns the business with his wife Tonya, said the Bardstown Road store had been doing really well until the weather turned cold, which was expected for a frozen desserts shop.
