ICC-NDRC signs memorandum of understanding with Eni Group

On Dec 29, on the occasion of the 10th Joint Meeting of the China-Italy Joint Government Committee, the principal person in charge of the International Cooperation Center of the National Development and Reform Commission (ICC-NDRC) and Eni Group s Chief Executive Officer, Claudio Descalzi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between ICC-NDRC and Eni Group of Italy through video link.
