After updating to its Cooper lineup for the 2022 model year, Mini made similar changes to its high-performance John Cooper Works models. The 2022 Mini John Cooper Works Hardtop and 2022 Mini John Cooper Works Convertible continue to utilize a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine driving the front wheels with 228 horsepower and 236 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual transmission remains the base option, while an optional eight-speed automatic lowers the 0-60 mph time from 6.1 to 5.9 seconds.
Pricing for the 2022 JCW Hardtop starts at $32,900 for the Classic trim level, just $500 more than last year s model. The Signature Hardtop is a small step up at $33,900, while the Iconic sits at the top of the lineup with a $39,900 starting price. Prices exclude an $850 Destination & Handling fee. ....
