RAMBAN, Feb 23: Secretary Rural Development Department, Sheetal Nanda today reviewed the functioning of the department and implementation of flagship schemes in district Ramban at a day-long meeting held at Batote.
The meeting was attended by Director RDD, Jammu, Sudershan Kumar; Addl. Secretary RDD Pran Singh; Joint Director Planning, Subash Chander Sharma; Assistant Commissioner Development, Zameer Ahmed Rishu; DPO, Sunil Bhutyal, besides other senior officers of the department.
She took a comprehensive review of the achievements under various RDD schemes including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), MGNREGA, 14 FC, GPDP, payment of wages, geo-tagging of assets, aadhaar seeding of beneficiaries, issuance of MGNREGA job cards, SBM and construction of Panchayat Ghars. ....
