CCF Asks For Funding From Supervisors

Spencer, IA (KICD) Tuesday morning the Clay County Board of Supervisors heard from multiple organizations in the area about funding requests. Clay County Fair Manager & CEO Jeremy Parsons says the county and the fair have a long partnership.
Parsons says they are asking for the same amount as they have last year through the county budget which is $42,000.
Parsons says there will be a 2021 Fair thanks to the efforts of the Save the Fair Campaign and other volunteers. Parsons also says they are currently raising funds to have savings for the 2022 Clay County Fair. The Supervisors will approve the funding requests sometime next year. ....
