As president of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Leah Calnan spends a lot of her day thinking about where we want to call home. But in the last 12 months she and her family, like so many Victorians, have found the pandemic is breaking down the separation between professional and personal lives.
“COVID has absolutely created the ability for people to reassess life and that has come in different forms: reviewing the size of their mortgage, the location of where they live, the size of the property they live in.
