Mom, grandma charged in 1-month-old’s drug-related death in Harrisburg

Shayleen Concepcion, 33, of Harrisburg, lost custody of her newborn boy in July after she failed numerous drug tests.
Her mother, Alma Maldonado-Maldonado, 69, agreed to care for the baby full-time. As part of the court ruling, Concepcion could not be left alone with the baby.
But on Aug. 11, that’s exactly what happened, Harrisburg police say, with deadly consequences. ....
