Deadly crash in Lebanon County claims lives of man, child

LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. A fatal crash in Lebanon County has left two people dead - one a 12-year-old boy, and the other a 41-year-old man.
Mark Call, 55, was traveling south on Quentin Road in Lebanon with the 12-year-old passenger, and Jose Martinez, Jr., 41, was traveling north on the road on April 5 around 8:40 p.m.
Preliminary investigation found that Martinez vehicle swerved into Call’s lane of travel and caused a head-on collision.
The juvenile was pronounced dead as a result of the injuries he sustained during the crash. Martinez was pronounced dead upon arrival of EMS. ....

Adult, 12-year-old killed in head-on collision in Lebanon County

A head-on collision Monday evening in Lebanon County killed a 41-year-old man and 12-year-old boy, police said.
Mark Call, 55, of Lebanon, and his 12-year-old passenger were driving south on the 1500-1600 block of Quentin Road in North Cornwall Township shortly after 8:30 p.m. when Jose Martinez, Jr., 41, Lebanon, swerved into their lane and hit them head on, according to township police.
Martinez and the 12-year-old boy were pronounced dead from their injuries, police said. Call was taken to Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center with an ankle injury. ....

Two dead, including 12-year-old juvenile, in collision on Quentin Road

Jose Martinez, Jr., 41, Lebanon, died at the scene, North Cornwall Township Police said.
A 12-year-old passenger in another vehicle also died from injuries in the crash, police said. The name of the child has not been released.
The crash happened around 8:40 p.m. Monday between the 1500 to 1600 block of Quentin Road, a.
Mark Call, 55, of Lebanon, was traveling south on Quentin Road when his vehicle was struck by a vehicle driven by Martinez. Call had a twelve year old passenger with him at the time of the crash.
It appeared Martinez swerved into Call’s lane of travel and caused a head-on collision, according to an email from the department. The vehicles involved in the collision suffered severe front-end damage and were towed from the scene. ....
